Dr. Robert W. Stephens

Dr. Robert W. Stephens has been associated with Northside ENT since 1977. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1972 with an M.D., degree and then completed his five years of specialty training in 1977 at the Indiana University Medical Center. A Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American College of Surgeons, he is also board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery since 1977. He has an active interest in Pediatric Otolaryngology, including congenital abnormalities, and he has extensive experience in surgery of the nose, sinuses, salivary glands, thyroid and parathyroid glands and problems of the voice. He presently serves as Chief of Surgery at St.Vincent Carmel Hospital.

Community activities include the board of Happy Hollow Children’s Camp, a United Way Agency that provides summer camping experiences for children of central Indiana. The camp serves children with special needs, including, asthma, diabetes and burns.

Dr. Stephens and his wife Susan, a retired Emergency Room physician at St.Vincent Hospital, have four children and four grandchildren.

Scott A. Hackett

Scott A. Hackett M.D. has been associated with Northside ENT Beginning in July 1991. He graduated with highest distinction from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1986 and completed his specialty training in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery in 1991. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Hackett is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Hackett is one of five Ear, Nose, and Throat specialists named to the “Top 125 Doctors” in central Indiana by Indianapolis Monthly magazine in November, 2007. His professional interests include patient care and medical education. Dr. Hackett has an active interest in medical and surgical treatment of diseases and disorders of the head and neck, including adults and children. Areas of special interest include minimally invasive treatment of parathyroid and sinus disorders, thyroid surgery, problems of the voice, and treatment of pediatric diseases. He is an active participant in the training of residents at St. Vincent Hospital and has twice been named the “Specialty Teacher of the Year” by the family medicine residents of St. Vincent Hospital.

Dr. Hackett is currently chairman of the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at St. Vincent Hospital. He serves on the Board of Directors at Naab Road Surgery Center as well as the St. Vincent Medical Executive Committee, which reports to the Board of St. Vincent Hospital.

Dr. Hackett and his wife, Tricia, have two children, Stephanie and Emerson.

Robert A. Youkilis

Dr. Robert A. Youkilis joined Northside ENT in 1999 after finishing his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Indiana University. Prior to that, he completed medical school at the University of Cincinnati and undergraduate work at Duke University. He is board certified in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr.Youkilis enjoys taking care of patients with a variety of Ear, Nose and Throat problems with a particular interest in treatment of sinus disease, conditions of the thyroid, problems of the voice and parathyroid glands, pediatric otolaryngology, and snoring and sleep apnea. He and Dr. Hackett were both named in the November 2005 Indianapolis Magazine as one of Indiana’s top ranked Ear, Nose and Throat doctors.

Family includes his wife Tina, who is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and teaches at Indiana University School of Nursing, and their three sons.

Jeffrey C. Beach

Dr. Jeffrey C. Beach has been associated with Northside ENT since 2003. He received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Ohio State University and earned his degree at the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. Dr. Beach completed his specialty training in Otolaryngology at the Indiana University Medical Center and Riley Hospital in 2003 and is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. He sees adult and pediatric patients and practices all aspects of general Otolaryngology including allergy and sinus disease, disorders of the thyroid/parathyroid glands, salivary gland tumors, and obstructive sleep apnea.
His wife, Dr. Elizabeth Beach, is a pediatrician in the Geist/Fishers area. They have three children, Jacob, Tressa, and Kyle.
